Annie Berube – Chef/Owner, CopCake Cakery
Annie Berube is an enthusiast of all things cute and edible. She began baking to fill the nights when she wasn’t working the midnight shift as a Tucson Police officer. Her love for edible art lead her to pursue attending the Bonnie Gordon College of Confectionary Arts in Toronto, Canada. After graduation, she opened her home studio. In October 2019, she participated in the Food Network’s Halloween Cake-Off, was featured in the Super Moms Collaboration in Cake Masters Magazine and volunteers with the Icing Smiles, a nonprofit providing custom celebration cakes to children who are in the hospital on their birthday.
