You’ll make vanilla tuile cookies as the shell\, strawberry mousse filling and strawberry\, pineapple and mint salsa to top off your tacos. \nAnd\, since it’s Family Sunday Funday\, joining Chef Miguel in the kitchen will be his mom\, Norma Heredia\, whose love of baking and making wedding cakes was the early inspiration for Chef Miguel’s passion for food and career path. \nNever made a tuile cookie before?
