To add a touch of sweetness\, you’ll whip up applesauce to complement and balance the savory. \nCommemorating the oil that miraculously burned for eight days when the Maccabees purified and rededicated the Holy Temple in Jerusalem\, they’re perfect as an appetizer\, a side dish or even for tea with a sprinkling of confectioners’ sugar.  \nCLASS NOTES: This is a cook along class offered live via the Zoom app. You’ll receive an email with recipes and class details 5 days in advance.
