Cost: $100.00 per person.    \nWestward Look Executive Chef Todd Sicolo and his wife\, Chef Tiffany Sicolo\, headline the May class. The menu blends heritage ingredients\, inspiration from Westward Look’s Chef’s Garden and 20 years of global culinary experiences\, including cooking for four U.S. presidents. \nCrispy Soft-Shell Crab with chile–lime cucumber noodles\, salted watermelon and fresh cilantro is the first course; next\, Horchata Salad – basil\, compressed cantaloupe\, fresh snipped cantaloupe sprouts\, local goat cheese and cinnamon candied macadamia nuts; Smoked Filet of Beef – lemon poached white asparagus\, shrimp scampi potatoes\, smoking rosemary sprig and toasted garlic butter reduction compose the entrée; Schnepf Farms Peach Pizza – Madeira poached white raisins\, salted caramel ice cream and peach bellini bubbles is the finale. \nThanks to the chefs’ generosity\, $25 of your registration fee will be donated to Youth on Their Own\, whose mission is supporting high school graduation and continued success of Pima County youth experiencing homelessness. \nCLASS NOTES: The in-person class\, limited to 16\, will be held at Antsy Nancy\, 5655 E. Chef Juan Almanza’s has rabid fans lining up at his El Taco Rustico restaurant to savor its deliciousness. \nAdding to the kitchen fun and joining Chef Juan is Wake Up Tucson’s host\, former chef\, foodie and birria lover Chris DeSimone.     \nAlso on the menu: Salsa\, the birria garnishes of veggies\, onion\, cilantro\, cabbage and limes and flan.
