DESCRIPTION:Saturday\, December 18\, 12 PM – 3:00 PM. In-person Workshop: Festive Holiday Baking & Confections at Café Francais Boulangerie & Patisserie with Chef Daniel Martinez. Cost: $95.00 per person. \nLeave the planning to us and come and bake all your holiday cookies plus two confections when you join master baker Chef Daniel Martinez in his bakery’s kitchen. You’ll leave with plenty to keep or share with family and friends. \nThe menu for this hands-on workshop: Scottish Shortbread\, Brownie Cookies\, Coconut Macaroons\, Peppermint Bark and Peanut Brittle. Chef Daniel will also send you home with one of his signature loaves – freshly baked country sourdough. \nCLASS NOTES: The in-person class\, limited to 16\, will be held at Café Francais Boulangerie & Patisserie\, 7831 E. Wrightstown Rd.\, Ste. 113. You’ll receive an email with class details 5 days in advance. Please use an email address you frequently check. Our emails can get caught in spam filters or blocked entirely. Please contact us if you don’t receive the class information. \nAll classes and events are nonrefundable. You can request a transfer to a different class or event up to 7 days prior to the class or event. Culinary Boot Camps or workshops require a 14-day notification.
