DESCRIPTION:Friday\, December 2\, 5:30 PM – 7:30 PM. Cooking with the Wildcats: Food & Football with Coach Ricky & LaMonte Hunley. Cost: $75.00 per person.  \nIn the 1980s\, Ricky and LaMonte Hunley anchored the Wildcats defensive line\, wreaking havoc for opposing teams. \nRicky\, Arizona’s first two-time consensus first-team All-American\, was the seventh overall pick in the 1984 NFL Draft\, playing seven years in the league\, the first Wildcat enshrined into the College Football Hall of Fame and is entering his second year on the UArizona coaching staff. LaMonte earned All-American and All-Pac-10 honors and playing three seasons in the NFL\, owns Arizona Health\, is an active community volunteer and in May was one of five 2022 Father of the Year honorees by the Father’s Day Council Tucson. \nWhile known as football legends\, the brothers also have legendary status in another arena – the kitchen! A fun evening combining culinary with football awaits. \nOn the menu: Lemon and Wine Marinated Baked Salmon; Bok Choy Salad with Strawberry\, Pear\, Apple\, Jalapeño and Sesame Seeds; Sautéed Spinach; and Key Lime Pie. \nCLASS NOTES: The class\, limited to 16\, will be held at the Catalina United Methodist Church kitchen\, 2700 E. Speedway Blvd. You’ll receive an email with class details (everything you’ll need will be provided) 3 days in advance. Please use an email address you frequently check. You can request a transfer to a different class or event up to 7 days prior to the class or event. Culinary Boot Camps or workshops require a 14-day notification.
