Felipe Garcia also uses it as a verb – carne asading – the experience of bringing people together\, storytelling\, cooking\, the sights and smells of meat grilling\, chiles and tomatoes charring for salsa and tortillas warming.      \nCome carne asading with him and you won’t think of it only as a noun any longer. On the menu of three different ways with three unique salsas: Taco: Warm corn tortillas\, carne asada\, avocado\, lime juice\, sea salt and salsa; Lorenza: Corn tortillas grilled crispy like a tostada\, cheese\, carne asada\, lime\, avocado and salsa; Caramelo: Flour tortillas and cheese (think quesadilla)\, carne asada\, lime\, avocado and salsa.      \nCLASS NOTES: The class\, limited to 16\, will be held at the Catalina United Methodist Church kitchen\, 2700 E.
