Great sushi starts with the rice and the process to attaining that perfection takes sushi chefs a long time to master. Chef Tommy’s rice training lasted a year. \nOn the menu: Vegetable Rolls using nori seaweed sheets and the two sushi mats we’re giving you\, and Shrimp Nigiri\, an oval-shaped mound of rice with a boiled shrimp on top.
