DESCRIPTION:Wednesday\, January 19\, 6:00 PM – 8:30 PM. In-person & Zoom Workshop: Winter Pasta with Chef Riley Chandler. In-person cost: $75.00 each. Zoom cost: $40.00 per household.  \nDo you love fresh pasta but think it’s too complicated to make in your kitchen? With step-by-step guidance from Chef Riley Chandler\, you’ll make the dough Chef Riley learned from his Grandma Stancato\, prepare the fillings and assemble ravioli\, cut fettuccine and create two seasonal sauces perfect for each pasta.   \nOn the menu: Winter Vegetable and Cheese Ravioli with Brown Butter and Sage Sauce and Fettuccine alla Carbonara. In this hands-on workshop you’ll be paired in groups of three to four and work together to prepare the recipes.   \nCLASS NOTES: The in-person class\, limited to 20\, will be held at the Catalina United Methodist Church kitchen\, 2700 E. Speedway Blvd. If you’re taking the class live via Zoom\, you’ll need a hand crank pasta machine. You’ll receive an email with class details 5 days in advance. Please use an email address you frequently check. Our emails can get caught in spam filters or blocked entirely. Please contact us if you don’t receive the class information. \nAll classes and events are nonrefundable. You can request a transfer to a different class or event up to 7 days prior to the class or event. Culinary Boot Camps or workshops require a 14-day notification. Your request must be emailed to flyingapronstucson@gmail.com.
