They’re also gluten free. \nUncover the mysteries of their art and science with BATA Pastry Chef Kayla Draper as she shares her secrets and tips while guiding you step-by-step as you become an expert in making this delicate cookie. \nYou’ll make Funfetti – colorful sprinkles baked on the cookie that’s filled with vanilla buttercream and Chocolate and Strawberry mini cakes – an oversized deep red shell chockfull with chocolate ganache and fresh strawberries. You’ll learn the basics of aging egg whites\, beating them to the right consistency\, piping perfect circles\, how to tell when they’re done and a variety of filling options so you can mix and match flavor combinations you like. \nCLASS NOTES: The class\, limited to 16\, will be held at the Catalina United Methodist Church kitchen\, 2700 E.
