Cost: $75.00 per person.   \nSwirling\, sipping and sampling five soon-to-be released Sand-Reckoner wines while customizing and snacking on your charcuterie board will be a fun way to start your week. This is an exclusive sneak peek before their public release! \nYou’ll taste five Sand-Reckoner varieties: A white\, Rosé\, and three reds. Humble Board’s owner Emili Krzyzanowski will guide you how to pair the meats\, cheeses\, condiments\, fruits\, and sweets to create divine flavor combinations and style your board so it’s beautifully put together; you’ll take home whatever is left. \nThe White showcases Malvasia grapes planted to the aromatic Italian Piedmont selection of Malvasia. It’s fresh\, full and crisp with notes of lychee\, elderflower and Key lime. \nGrenache for the Rosé is farmed specifically for Rosé production. The notes of strawberry\, Meyer lemon and limestone make it light\, fresh and bright. \nWe’re leaving the red selections as a surprise. \nCLASS NOTES: The class\, limited to 20\, will be held at the Sand-Reckoner Vineyards Tasting Room in the Warehouse Arts District\, 510 N. 7th Ave.\, Unit 170. You’ll receive an email with the details (everything will be provided) 3 days in advance. Please use an email address you frequently check. You can request a transfer to a different class or event up to 7 days prior to the class or event. Culinary Boot Camps or workshops require a 14-day notification.
