Cost: $75.00 per person. \nLike wine\, cheese and chocolate\, honey has joined the ranks as an artisanal obsession. Experience Sonoran Desert honey like never before and taste it like a sommelier tastes wine with beekeeper and sommelier Noel Patterson of Dos Manos Apiaries. You’ll explore and learn how flowers and terroir affect its characteristics. \nHoney has a circuitous journey before ending up in a jar. Climate\, terroir and available botanical sources are the starting points. Then it’s up to the honeybees visiting the flowers with the activity of the beekeeper concluding the process. \nAs you sample each of the 6 offerings on fresh fruits\, cheeses and nuts\, Noel will empower you to trust your senses and be less analytical in your approach to flavors. You’ll also learn the flora and exact Southern Arizona and world  origin locations. \nYou’ll discover how each honey is a unique reflection of the time and place where it was harvested\, giving you the knowledge to make sustainable and delicious choices when buying it. \nCLASS NOTES: The class\, limited to 18\, will be held at Catalina United Methodist Church\, 2700 E. Speedway Blvd. You’ll receive an email with class details (everything you’ll need will be provided) 3 days in advance. Please use an email address you frequently check. Cost: $75.00 per person.  \nIn the 1980s\, Ricky and LaMonte Hunley anchored the Wildcats defensive line\, wreaking havoc for opposing teams. \nRicky\, Arizona’s first two-time consensus first-team All-American\, was the seventh overall pick in the 1984 NFL Draft\, playing seven years in the league\, the first Wildcat enshrined into the College Football Hall of Fame and is entering his second year on the UArizona coaching staff. LaMonte earned All-American and All-Pac-10 honors and playing three seasons in the NFL\, owns Arizona Health\, is an active community volunteer and in May was one of five 2022 Father of the Year honorees by the Father’s Day Council Tucson. \nWhile known as football legends\, the brothers also have legendary status in another arena – the kitchen!
