Barry Infuso – Certified Executive Chef & Certified Culinary Educator
Certified Executive Chef Barry Infuso, who’s also a certified culinary educator, was the culinary director at Pima Community College for 20 years until retiring in 2019. In addition to teaching and lecturing, he’s a food writer and editor.
Chef Barry also taught cooking and nutritional classes to the Pascua Yaqui Tribe. He serves as president of both Slow Food of Southern Arizona and the American Culinary Federation of Southern Arizona, as well as a board member of Tucson City of Gastronomy.
He’s received numerous awards for both his culinary acumen and community service, including Taste of Chocolate, Canyon Ranch Institute and the American Heart Association.
