CJ Hamm – Executive Chef/Owner, Saguaro Corners & Mulligan’s Sports Grill
CJ Hamm is a Tucson native who has been a part of the Tucson restaurant scene in one facet or another since 1995.
A true localist before the term was even coined, he has championed local cuisine as a restaurant worker, food writer and local food competition judge.
He previously enjoyed time as a general manager and/or chef for Jackson Tavern and Red’s Smokehouse + Tap Room.
