Rocco DiGrazia – Chef/Owner, Rocco’s Little Chicago
Rocco DiGrazia’s first job was in a pizzeria on the south side of Chicago, but he dallied with becoming a musician or anthropologist before settling on pizza as a career.
Spurred on by his friends and educated in a few Tucson institutions such as the Bum Steer, Caruso’s, and Cafe Terra Cotta, he opened Rocco’s Little Chicago in 1998. His recipes draw upon family favorites, memories of favorite flavors and memorable meals while traveling.
Happily, he eventually figured out how to run a business as well.
