The winning combination of innovative craft brew and pub food always makes FireTruck Brewing Company an excellent choice. You’ll amp up your game alongside Executive Chef Kyle Bradley as you learn and enjoy why cooking with beer produces incredibly delicious results.
On the menu: Beer Cheese Dip made with Salida Del Sol – a crisp Mexican-style amber ale with savory notes of caramel and toffee – accompanied by Soft Bavarian Pretzels; Brats and Onions done in American Firefighter Lager – it’s light, fizzy and flavorful and a true independent craft answer to an American classic, super smooth and refreshingly clean; Hero Dunkel Chocolate Sauce & Vanilla Ice Cream – the German Dunkel is loaded with rich chocolate and roasted malt character, coupled with a fresh light body – and is also the brew where a portion of the proceeds support military first responders and veterans. A specially curated beer flight will also be available for separate purchase.
