We’re ready for Fall! Known for his comfort food with a Tucson twist, Saguaro Corners Chef/Partner C.J. Hamm’s menu will have your primed for the season. There’s also a special treat – we’ll have the restaurant and bar to ourselves since they’re normally closed on Mondays.   

The menu for this hands-on class: Cumin Crusted Roasted Pork Loin with Local Bourbon Apple Jus, Chipotle Honey Mashed Yams, Agave Braised Collard Greens and Pumpkin Panna Cotta with Candied Lemon and Prickly Pear Coulis. A specially curated whiskey cocktail, complementing the flavors, will be available for separate purchase.

CLASS NOTES: The in-person class, limited to 25, will be held at Saguaro Corners Restaurant & Bar, 3750 S. Old Spanish Trail, and is also offered live via the Zoom app. You’ll receive an email with class details 5 days in advance. Please use an email address you frequently check. Our emails can get caught in spam filters or blocked entirely, please contact us if you don’t receive the class information.

All classes and events are nonrefundable. You can request a transfer to a different class or event up to 7 days prior to the class or event. Culinary Boot Camps or workshops require a 14-day notification. Your request must be emailed to [email protected].
