Travis Peters – Executive Chef/Co-owner, The Parish & The Delta Bar & Grill

With a culmination of two decades of hard work in the restaurant industry, Tucsonan Chef Travis honed his skills and has led several award-winning culinary teams. Among the many awards Peters and his team at The Parish have been awarded: Best of Tucson (Tucson Weekly); Bacon Fest and 2017 Iron Chef Tucson.

He took first place when he appeared on Guy Fieri’s Food Network show, “Guy’s Grocery Games.”  He attributes his creative culinary style and influences from music, his wife, Karen, and daughter, Abigail.

The Parish is Tucson’s only Southern Fusion Gastropub with fare having influences from Louisiana to Arizona and Texas in between.

In 2022, The Delta Bar & Grill opened with genuine Southern hospitality with a healthy dose of spirited swagger with Southern inspired food flavors and dining charm.
