Shelli Soto – Executive Pastry Chef, Hacienda Del Sol Guest Ranch Resort
Born and raised in Tucson, Executive Pastry Chef Shelli Soto has always loved baking. She started helping in the kitchen as soon as she was old enough and hasn’t stopped creating delicious recipes and making beautiful cakes ever since.
Self-taught, she joined Hacienda Del Sol Guest Ranch Resort in 2016 as a pastry cook and worked her way up to become executive pastry chef. Previously, she was the head cake decorator at Cayley Cakes and began her career at the Costco bakery.
In 2019, Chef Shelli appeared on Food Network’s Halloween Cake-Off. She’s inspired by people’s reactions to her culinary creations, striving for them to taste amazing and also be a work of art. Chef Shelli’s other passion is teaching her skills to others.
