Mixologist Jeff Marron
Jeff has a passion for perfection and history when it comes to cocktails. The recipes Jeff teaches and uses in his work date all the way back to circa 1400. His focus is teaching classic recipes with a modern approach to technique and presentation.
A recent transplant to Arizona from the East Coast, Jeff is a seasoned and accomplished bartender, mixologist and entrepreneur with 30 years in the food and wine industry, developing some bold restaurant beverage concepts in Connecticut and New York.
Since moving to Arizona, Jeff and his partner, Nisa, have been running Hacienda Corona Bed & Breakfast and event venue on the historic Guevavi Ranch between Tubac and Patagonia. This charming 5-star bed and breakfast has been in Nisa’s family about 20 years. Falling back on his restaurant roots, he’s back in the kitchen with the same fervor as before delighting their guests making classic and world-cuisine-inspired dishes with a bit of a southwest twist.
A former National Corporate Bar Manager for Barteca Restaurants, Jeff has mentored many aspiring mixologists throughout the eastern seaboard through internships, private classes, seminars and restaurant consultations.
