Patricia Ordóñez Beattie – Baker/Owner, Magic Spoons & Culinary Instructor
Born in Mexico City, Patricia is the founder, baker, decorator and instructor of Magic Spoons. She’s been baking and decorating different types of pastries for 30 years.
Her culinary career began sharing baking time with her mother. Patricia loves teaching to all skill levels. Her passion for teaching reflects her personal experiences coupled with extensive training.
Since 2018, she’s been the baking and pastry instructor at GAP Ministries culinary program. In 2021, she was an online pastry decorating instructor for Wilton Industries and from 2014-2019 she taught the Wilton method at Michael’s.
