It’s possible to make the world’s favorite food – pizza – at home! With tens of thousands of pies to his credit, Fresco Pizzeria & Pastaria and Zio Peppe owner and pizza master Chef Mat Cable will share his secrets to turning you into an expert, too.

You’ll receive 2 dough balls but beware. Stretching pizza dough can be tricky. With that in mind, you’ll also get a 14-inch dough pre-stretched onto an oven safe baking tray, along with 2 pounds of mozzarella curds to make the cheese.

On the menu: Great pizza starts with incredible dough and Chef Mat’s gift to you is his special ready-to-go dough. Next, you need amazing sauce and cheese, so you’ll make fresh mozzarella and sauce. Topping options are as endless as your imagination, ranging from basil for a classic Pizza Margherita to pepperoni, olives, mushrooms, sausage, peppers to pineapple and ham. Whatever you like.
