Zoom Class: Pizza with Chef Mat Cable
May 25 @ 5:30 PM - 7:00 PM$40.00
Tuesday, May 25, 5:30 PM – 7:00 PM. Zoom Class: Pizza with Chef Mat Cable. Cost: $40.00 per household.
It’s possible to make the world’s favorite food – pizza – at home! With tens of thousands of pies to his credit, Fresco Pizzeria & Pastaria and Zio Peppe owner and pizza master Chef Mat Cable will share his secrets to turning you into an expert, too.
You’ll learn how to shape thin and deep dish crusts, as well as balancing flavors and using a pizza peel and pizza stone for an extra crispy crust.
On the menu: Great pizza starts with incredible dough and Chef Mat’s gift to you is his special ready-to-go dough. Next, you need amazing sauce and cheese, so you’ll make fresh mozzarella and sauce. Topping options are as endless as your imagination, ranging from basil for a classic Pizza Margherita to pepperoni, olives, mushrooms, sausage, peppers to pineapple and ham. Whatever you like.
Thanks to the Tucson Originals, you could be the winner of a $50 gift card redeemable at any of the 26-member restaurants.
