When we dine out, we don’t always know what’s on the menu. That’s part of the fun – discovering what ingredients and flavor profiles are exciting the chef.
That’s what the August Flavors of Tucson City of Gastronomy class is all about. Maynards Executive Chef Brian Smith will take you on a surprise culinary adventure as he’ll draw inspiration from walking the farmers market and you’ll learn and cook with farm-to-table local ingredients inspiring him.
