Westward Look Executive Chef Todd Sicolo and his wife, Chef Tiffany Sicolo, headline the May class. The menu blends heritage ingredients, inspiration from Westward Look’s Chef’s Garden and 20 years of global culinary experiences, including cooking for four U.S. presidents.

Crispy Soft-Shell Crab with chile–lime cucumber noodles, salted watermelon and fresh cilantro is the first course; next, Horchata Salad – basil, compressed cantaloupe, fresh snipped cantaloupe sprouts, local goat cheese and cinnamon candied macadamia nuts; Smoked Filet of Beef – lemon poached white asparagus, shrimp scampi potatoes, smoking rosemary sprig and toasted garlic butter reduction compose the entrée; Schnepf Farms Peach Pizza – Madeira poached white raisins, salted caramel ice cream and peach bellini bubbles is the finale.

Thanks to the chefs’ generosity, $25 of your registration fee will be donated to Youth on Their Own, whose mission is supporting high school graduation and continued success of Pima County youth experiencing homelessness.

CLASS NOTES: The in-person class, limited to 16, will be held at Antsy Nancy, 5655 E. River Rd., Suite 101 (at the Whole Foods shopping center at River and Craycroft roads). All classes, workshops and events are nonrefundable. You can request a transfer to a different class or event up to 7 days prior to the class or event. Culinary Boot Camps or workshops require a 14-day notification. Your request must be emailed to [email protected].
