Tucson’s reigning Iron Chef, and the first female to hold the title, Chef Chic’s Wendy Gauthier won’t have you racing around the kitchen when you cook along with her.

Instead, you’ll calmly savor preparing minty pea soup, shrimp Francese, basil Parmesan risotto and strawberry icebox cake, as well as hear from Chef Wendy what cooking competitions are really like. And when it comes to the judging, we’re sure you’ll award each dish in this class a 10!
