If you think spaghetti squash is bland, think again, not when Chef Devon Sanner is cooking with you! It’s a fun food that’s loaded with potassium, Vitamin C, Vitamin A and other antioxidants.
On the locally sourced menu: Spaghetti squash pasta with desert sage and smoked cheddar béchamel sauce (one of the five French mother sauces), apples, pecans and pomegranates. When cooked, the strands are both crispy and tender, even mildly sweet. What a perfect way to spend a Saturday afternoon cooking a scrumptious meal to savor on a Fall evening.

CLASS NOTES: This is a cook along class offered live via the Zoom app. You’ll receive an email with recipes and class details 5 days in advance. Please submit an email address you frequently check.
