Elegant enough for Easter or any time you need the perfect make-ahead dish. On the menu: Rolled Soufflé with Mushroom and Spinach filling and Roasted Red Pepper Sauce; Fruited Salad with Pomegranate Dressing and Orange Croissant Rolls.
