There’s no such thing as too much pie! Hacienda Del Sol Guest Ranch Resort’s Executive Pastry Chef Shelli Soto will share her secrets to making the best tasting pie crust that’s easy to do and turns out perfectly every time.

On the menu: Sweet potato pecan pie, variegated lemon cream meringue pie and savory spinach pie. Each one will have its own ornate decorations with Chef Shelli guiding you step-by-step to create gorgeous cut out shapes and piping techniques. They’ll be almost too beautiful to eat, so have your camera ready before they’re all gone.

CLASS NOTES: This is a cook along class offered live via the Zoom app. You’ll receive an email with recipes and class details 5 days in advance. Please submit an email address you frequently check.
