Who better than Tucson’s reigning Iron Chef Wendy Gauthier, owner of Chef Chic, to show you the incredibly delicious dishes to create from what’s left? After all, Iron Chefs know how to deal with culinary curveballs.
On the menu: A waffle incorporating stuffing topped with an egg and cheese sauce. Secondly, southwestern turkey enchiladas featuring a cranberry version of enchilada sauce and a pumpkin pie shake. It’s Thanksgiving 2.0.
