Who doesn’t love tacos? But, for a unique twist, how about dessert tacos? We bet they’re sure to become a favorite addition when you want a quick and yummy treat.
Family fun is on the menu as you’ll cook with Lodge on the Desert Executive Chef Miguel Heredia and pay homage to National Taco Day on Oct. 4. You’ll make vanilla tuile cookies as the shell, strawberry mousse filling and strawberry, pineapple and mint salsa to top off your tacos.
And, since it’s Family Sunday Funday, joining Chef Miguel in the kitchen will be his mom, Norma Heredia, whose love of baking and making wedding cakes was the early inspiration for Chef Miguel’s passion for food and career path.
