Learn how to love your gut with Miraval Resorts Registered Dietitian Nutritionist Alison Ozgur and cook along with Miraval Resorts Director of Culinary Operations and Executive Chef Warren Weekes with a gut-friendly menu: Field of Barley Risotto and Chickpea Vitality Salad. You’ll also discover simple ways to promote gut health with fiber-rich foods including fruits, vegetables, seeds, beans, nuts and whole grains.
