You don’t need the luck of the Irish to make an incredibly delicious St. Paddy’s Day meal when you’re cooking with Chef Judith Baigent-King! This contemporary menu is the pot of gold at the end of the culinary rainbow.
On the menu: Grilled, Marinated Flank Steak with Chimichurri Sauce that you can do outside on the grill or inside on the cooktop; Roasted Vegetable Salad with Minted Pesto and Irish Whiskey (or not) Chocolate Pots de Crème with Shamrock Whipped Cream.
